Elegant and beautiful chess table by Romeo Rega. Born in 1904, Romeo Rega was a pioneer of modernism and design. Full chrome base with a thick, heavy, lucite inlay which supports the chess board. Perspex chess pieces are made with lucite bodies and differentiated by chrome metal accents or brass metal accents. Rome Rega, Made in Italy inscribed in the brass of the chess board. Chess board can be removed from the table and played on the floor or sofa if desired. This chess table boasts an extremely elevated look with minimalist and modern designs making it a perfect addition to any or living room or game room. Great condition with wear as shown.
